Flora Foods is a 4 -year old E-Commerce Venture focused on delivering High-Quality Food Products from Karnataka to patrons all over the world. Flora Foods is based out of Dharwad (North Karnataka). Flora Foods started with a motto of Women Empowerment by two Lady Co-Founders –A Mother & Daughter namely Smt. Bharati Mahishi & Smt. Sangeeta Navaratna. The senior most co-founder is 67 year old and she monitors & supervises every product preparation according to the SOP. Flora Foods has employed more than 50 ladies directly or indirectly. The direct employees come from ordinary family background with lot of Financial Crisis. Many are single mothers and are the only earning members in their family. After associating with Flora Foods, their life has taken a turning point with mental & financial stability with more confidence to lead their life. Still more are getting associated to grow personally & as a member of Team Flora Foods. All of them are in a good position with their respective Designation. FloraFoods has instilled confidence, and a sense of well-being and security in these women. Flora Foods is associated with an NGO that is also working towards the upliftment of women. The NGO has empowered many women in need, and have also given Flora Foods very efficient women employees who feel happy working with us. The main pillars of the Flora Foods being the first & oldest co-founder Mrs.Bharati Mahishi is a 68 year young lady who instructs, supervises and prepares every product with love, care and affection with perfection till date also continuing the same. With all the health concerns, She is the most active, efficient working Co-founder of our Flora Foods. Flora Foods salutes to her contributions & seeks blessings for its quality growth & success.

The other very important Co-founder is Mrs.Sangeeta Navaratna who the Mother as well as a daughter of Flora Foods. Being an Engineer by profession who thought out of the way to build this unique startup with a noble motto of Women Empowerment. Mrs. Sangeeta efficiently manages her family, kids and Flora Foods’ schedule for its growth, enrichment with suggestions for offers, new products and customer coordination. She works incessantly even being far from the actual site for only the success of FloraFoods. Flora Foods’ daughter looks after it with motherly love to all her employees and directs the same towards goal of success.
