    Just Follow Simple steps to savour the tasty SWEET PONGAL/SIHI Huggi

    1. Add washed Huggi Grains (GIVEN)-Broken Emmer Wheat, Moong Dal, Fox tail millet and Rice- Mix and 3 measures water (of the given Mix Grain-1:3 proportion) in a cooker and make 4 whistles.
    2. Keep the (GIVEN)Flora Desi Ghee for heating in a big vessel and add the(GIVEN) Dry Fruits to roast till Golden Brown and pour it in a small bowl.
    3. Add the pressure cooked Mix Grains to the ghee roasted vessel, add the (GIVEN) Jaggery and heat it with mixing the contents properly.
    4. Add 1 Cup milk(250ml) to the above mixture and cook with continuous stirring for 5-10min.
    5. Add the entire Dry fruits roasted ghee mixture to the huggi and mix properly.
    6. Serve hot.
