Aalvi(haleem beej), also known as Aliv, or Haleem seeds are garden cress seeds loaded with many health benefits and nutritional qualities. These seeds fall under the category of ‘functional foods’, that promote overall health and well-being while keeping diseases at bay, apart from providing nutrition. Take 1 glass of water and soak 1 tablespoon of aalvi seeds(haleem beej) in it overnight. The next morning, add 1 tsp fresh lemon juice to the water and drink. This will keep you energised, satiated and healthy!
