Edible Gum fried (Bisi Antu)/(Talahua Gondh) is good for creating heat in the body, strengthens lower back and regulates lactation. Hence it is recommended for new mothers.
How to consume: Edible gum fried + dry coconut + powdered sugar + poppy seeds (khas khas) + nutmeg (jaji kayi) – all of these should be fried well in pure ghee (don’t grind), and consume 3 big spoons in the morning on 18th, 19th & 20th day after delivery.
