Method of Preparation:
- Heat a tbsp of edible oil, in a small Cooker and put the 1tsp of Jeera, mustard and 1-2 Byadagi Dry Chilli or Green Chilli.
- Keeping the gas in sim, when they splutter in the seasoning, add 1tsp. of Turmeric powder, few fresh Curry Leaves and add 2tsp of Huggi Masala to the seasoning & mix well.
- Add washed 1/2Cup Rice, 1/2Cup Dal (Approx 100g each) and 3 Cups of water (Rice-Dal Mix:Water -1:3 proportions).
- Add salt to taste, mix well, Close the lid and make 3-4 whistles.
Serve hot with Flora Desi Ghee.
