Jowar/Sorghum Rotti/Bhakri ( Jwar ki kadak Roti )is an Indian bread made by patting the Jowar flour dough & roasting on the firewood. It is also called Jolada Kadak Rotti or Jolada Bhakri (Jwar ki kadak Roti ) in Kannada. It is a signature, authentic dish of North Karnataka, i.e., a very common, healthy, filling roti in every household. Usually, Jolada rotti/Bhakri (Jwar ki kadak Roti) is the best combination with stuffed Brinjal, any chutney pudi & salad.

Sorghum(Jwar) is a healthy millet that is rich in minerals like calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and iron. Being rich in antioxidants, it’s good for the heart too and is diabetic-friendly. Jowar is also an excellent gluten-free flour.

Packaging was excellent! I can say few items could be better like Maavinkai Chutney which was smelling old like..tasted old. Neggikai soppina ChatnipuDi tasted bitter and the coconut felt like old smell(khomatu smell). All other stuffs were very good.
